Found the website, but no information on the trucks or show.

I sent an email to the promoter & the Times Union Center asking for show information, just waiting for a reply. I'll post whatever information I get!

I also might take a drive down to the box office later this week and ask them about it!

got my email back from the promoter and it said

The Albany Monster Truck Show will be at the Times Union Center, Sept
18 and 19. Tickets will be on sale soon. Bigfoot will be one of the
many trucks . Thanks cycle city promotions

..not much info than we already know lol

IDK why they are so tight on information. You would think that they would give you as much information as they can so more people would attend. From my stand point it seems ridiculous that there is nothing on the website especially since I am interested in possibly attending.

It's just Bigfoot with Rick Long vs. me and my Wheely King. We'll be signing autographs after the show. Don't worry about autograph lines because nobody will ******* be there!

Rick and 15 are on the schedule I looked at today. As of the day I left Truk Wurks, the Eliminator and Defender were also scheduled on the show. As for any remaining trucks, I don't know off hand, but I would imagine that there would be 2 or 3 more to round out the field. I'll be there announcing and doing show production.

Hopefully I'll be able to make it to the shows, not sure what the work schedule will look like. KD, if you need an extra set of hands I'd love to help out, I live about 5-10min from the arena.

It's not very big but it's big enough for a talented driver to put on a great show. I.e. Rap Attack this past January!

Here's a shot of the floor:

Same goes for me. If anyone needs help just let me know. We'll spread the word about the show.

I hope they keep it pavement for this show. I thought it was pretty good in Jan. this year. Skip the dirt the put some nice van stacks in and it will be great!

$23? Kinda steep. It had better be a good show or im sure there will be more complaining.

Same complaint I hear from everyone I know in the ny state capital region that goes to the times union center for monster trucks, "It cost more than lebanon valley and wasnt even half the show!"

One other thing, I've heard absolutely NO advertising for this show (radio, tv, nothing). I listen to a fairly wide variety of radio stations and seeing this thread tonight really suprised me.

I think most people on this forum will know what they're getting into for this show. Your average fan will probably compare to West Leb if they went a be disappointed. I think West Leb tops most if not all shows I go to so I still go for support and for the "love of the game!" It would be nice if everyone compared apples to apples because this will probably be a good show!

I've also heard ZERO advertising (aside from this forum) for this show! It's too bad because we're finally getting some nice shows in this area besides West Leb and it would be nice if several promoters would make the Capital Region a regular stop!

I was speaking about fans not on ths board. I am probly most people here would know what type of a show to expect. But the fact is anyone who talks to me about monster trucks always has that comment to say. I also understand why it costs more, just giving the average fans perspective.

I am going to the Night of Destruction at Orange County Speedway as well. I am planning on buying my tickets on Monday. It sounds like a lot of fun. When I went to the Eve of Destruction at Lebanon Valley Speedway earlier this year it was awesome and I am hoping for more of the same at Orange county Speedway.

For the above question there will be no monster trucks, but it should be a great time.
