My son and I rented the Monster Jam game for PS2, what does monster trucks and guns have to do with each other. In my opion that game could have been alot better, they could of had racing and some sort of freestyle.
I just don't understand why there are guns on top of monster trucks, I thought it would be a more realalistic game.

I don't know. Adding guns to the truck and turning some deer loose might make freestyle even more interesting. :D

I bought that when it came out, played it for 15 minuets and then took it back. When asked why I was returning it I said its the most unrealistic peice of garbage i have ever player and wasnt worth paying full price for it.

I dont even think I would pay 10 bucks for it

Like i told Rob (89stp, aka my husband) I think they did this to TRY and appeal to two different markets...monster truck people and people like the guns and fighting. (NOTE TRY)
I thought it was cute when it poped a gun up on top...adam (6) says...ooo a new motor! The one machine gun looked like a tranny i think...lol

We were already prepared for this game to be dumb cause adams cousins had it at one point. I just dont like it cause of the guns...if anyone is anti guns it is me. Too bad they did that or we would have bought it.

Try Monster 4x4: Masters of Metal. Not a sim by any means but it has arcade-style racing (2 truck, 3 lap stadium races with brackets!), cross-country off-road races, and stunt events. Physics are exaggerated but you can do wheelies, donuts, the whole 9 yards.

No, MadRat, it's a PC game that you can only find online nowadays. They made a version of MTM2 for the Nintendo 64 that was horribly bad.

Yesterday, at the Columbus MJ, the scoreboard during the pit party said there was a new MJ game coming out in october.

You can probably get it cheaper if you look around.

Look at Gamestop.com (used and new) and you can look for local stores that may have the game... But I would call ahead to make sure they still have the games
