Thanks for the info. I checked them out online and only found the bodies for the E-Savage (Bounty Hunter). Hopefully they will be available for the Wheely King shortly for purchase.

Anyone have a picture of one from the yearbook or anywhere else?

The proline bodies for the traxxas stampede will also fit the wheely king. You may have to drill holes for the body post in a different place.

Has anyone added rear steer to their wheely king yet?

I was thinking that.

When I get my Wheely King, I'm gonna mod it up a little (like Dallas Rogers' in the RC Trucks thread) and I plan to add 4WS. I don't know much about making it independent (I hope I can) but adding 4WS should be easy, seeing as the front and rear axles are identical.

how are you going to mod it?

like the old version or the tube frame?

a tube frame would cost about $250

if you need help with how did you do this, how did you do that i could tell you

the tires are the hardest part probibly

The Racer King, the first one. It was seriously sweet. Mine's gonna have everything you did there, although the chassis plates will be black. Looking forward to it... just need to save to get a WK :p

If I were to build a tube chassis, that would be Clod sized. I'm thinking of doing it actually, and adding parts to it gradually... I can't afford over $1,000 at once :p

i eventualy painted the chassis plates black but it still looked too stock for me lol
