rc racing clubs/leagues

I just got a 1/8 scale nitro monster truck (kyosho mad force) and was looking to get involved with some sort of racing league or club. any info on something in the upstate ny area?

depends on where in upstate ny you're talking about

The RC/MTRA does side by side racing closer to the Albany-NYC area. Nitro trucks race in that series.

There's a series of events called the Winter Monster Blast in Rochester, but they only do electrics.

The NR/CTPA sanctions a lot of events in western PA/OH, but I also believe that their events are electric only for racing.
