Problem with Monster Truck Madness 2

I recently updated my computer and went to install Monster Truck Madness onto it. However, I found the disk to be very scratched and can't be read by my dvd-rom. I tried to resurface the disk, but still no luck.

Where can I find a copy of the game so I can install it on this comp and go racing?
