Ya know what annoys me at shows? People complaining about how high food and drink prices are. There's nothing stopping you from tailgating outside of the stadium before hand or hitting a fast food joint. Quit yer bitchin.
I know. I went to the Memphis Monster Jam in 08 or 09 and we stopped at a barbecue restaurant on Beale St. and our waiter actually told us to eat all we could there because the prices at the Fed-Ex Forum on food are outrageous. He said they charge $2.50 (slightly more or less) for a bottle of water! And just so you know, the arena is right at the end of Beale, so he would know I guess.
Well, I got a car. not what I was hoping for but it's a great little thing. If anyone in or around the mid-south area needs help with a show or around the shop, shoot me a message! I don't know much about it but I'd love to learn all about it and help out any way possible.

I'll agree with you there mostly kenny... but Raymond James charging 4.25 for a bottled water and 4.75 for a soda? COME ON! At events like that, I just tell them I'm a type 1 diabetic and WILL be bringing my drinks in, and that's that. They cant do anything then.
Big pet peeve? Everyone always saying Monster Jam is fixed when I;ve never seen evidence to back that up, usually just people upset that their favorite truck didnt win.
IHe said they charge $2.50 (slightly more or less) for a bottle of water!
I'd kill for the Nassau Coliseum to have $2.50 bottled water. That place is insane, it was $11.50 (give or take a dollar... still ridiculous either way) for 3 small chicken strips From now on, I will just eat outside before I go in, or stop somewhere. The prices are outrageous.
My pet peeve has to be, people or even vendors that walk up and down the isles CONSTANTLY while the show is going on. The vendor walks infront of me, with a 10 foot high thing of cotton candy/flags/whatever over his head... but ya don't worry, I can see And people just decide in the middle of a race, I'm hungry and they get up and walk infront of you, down the stairs, then stand at the freakin' railing for 2 minutes, because they just realized "Whoops, I'm missing something"... but once again, don't worry, I can see
I totally understand why they have kids bring in signs...it really helps them get into the show and cheer, but COME ON! Dad do your job and tell your kid that she doesn't need to wave the grave digger sign for EVERY SINGLE TRUCK!
The vendors are pretty dang annoying too. Sure, I can understand you're going to stop and sell something every now and then, but if you're leaning on your cotton candy pole in the aisle to take a break or text... it's just not acceptable.
