    It's nice to see the shirt designs getting more varied. I don't know that I'd personally wear this one, but I think it's pretty awesome (and clever) regardless.

    Because that's where Digger's Dungeon is located. Poplar Branch is the town it sits in and it's very close to the outer banks.

    It's because that is where they created it and where the dungeon is, in North Carolina (NC).
