    It's because Randy and Kirk formed a partnership last year. Randy was letting Kirk run the truck you see for sale in the ad(Kirk's Monster Patrol)as the second War Wizard. My guess is that whoever buys it will be allowed to campaign it as War Wizard if they choose to do so.
