Back To School Monster Truck Bash @ Charlotte 2012 line-up?

I got an email from The Dirt Track at Charlotte. The e-mail read as follows:

Metal-Mashing Monster Trucks Set Sights on The Dirt Track at Charlotte

The Circle K Back-to-School Monster Truck Bash presented by Polar Pop returns to The Dirt Track @ Charlotte with a high-flying, metal-mashing event on Aug. 11. Trucks expected to compete in head-to-head challenges include last year's winners Avenger and Hot Tamale, plus some of the biggest names in the sport, like Brutus, Equalizer, Hooked, Samson, Spike, Stone Crusher, War Wizard and Wrecking Crew. Adult tickets are $25. Kids 13 and under get in for just $10.

That's 12 awesome trucks. I did find one thing funny about that e-mail. They say "biggest names in the sport" but leave Gunslinger and Bigfoot off the list. I mean in my opinion only one name even comes close to Bigfoot as the biggest name in the sport.

Well Bigfoot won't be there and I've Yet too see a clear nod that Gunslinger will be competing so I think it's just gonna be the 10 on the email. Great lineup all and all I'm very excited with the trucks! Step up from 8 too 10 from the previous years so that's great. First time seeing Spike, Wrecking Crew, and Hooked so that's a plus as well. And I heard that the racing course will be different this year, anybody know the design maybe?

tazfan17 is correct; Bigfoot will not be there. But I asked Scott Hartsock on his facebook page (which is the Gunslinger team page) a couple of weeks ago if he was going to be in Charlotte and he said he would be there. So there's no telling what the final lineup will actually look like.

anybody know where to get pit passes from?

There are no pit passes - you will need to go to a Circle K location and get a "Polar Pop" drink to bring with you to the event. This will get you into the pit party. Should cost you no more than like $2.

In my opinion, the way that pit party entry should always be - support/patronize the sponsors and that's your ticket in.

I just checked the track's website and the pit party will be from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. Here's a link to the info page for the event on said site.
