The racing video I saw was from Monday night (I think). It looked like the left lane had a little bit of an advantage. It looked like Dennis could almost flatfoot it all the way down the track, where the right lane would pitch the trucks up a little more on the 2nd jump. It was just enough so they would lose a little momentum. IMO, the intermediate jumps were way too flat. These trucks have 24-30 inches of suspension travel. Why not design the jumps so that it tests the suspension more, and make the drivers develop a throttle rythm to get through the course quickly. I love a good straight line drag course, but it's kind of boring when one lane has a decided avantage, and all the driver has to do is hold their foot to floor. The recent Midwest Monsters straight line drag from Soaring Eagle Casino was an excellent track.

Dennis did not doubled down Tuesday night. Dennis just won racing and Damon Bradshaw won freestyle. Monday night Dennis won racing and Neil Elliot won freestyle. Dennis dump it early on the same jump both nights. Racing was fast with big air off the last jump. Freestyle was great. High speed runs, crazy donuts, some wheelies. All in all great and fun both nights!

I went to the show last night and had a great time. The racing wasn't as close as I've seen it there in the past, but was still good. I love the race track there. Dennis won in commanding fashion. The freestyle was the best I've ever seen there. Bryan Wright in Monster Magic was awesome starting the competition off. I had never seen him drive before and was very impressed. Steve Sims was also great and consistant as usual, took the lead. Crusader was the next truck out and took the lead by 4 points. Well deserved, Linsey was on point in his run. Mohawk Warrior was pulling off great slap wheelies in his run but the truck shut off a few times and George didnt finish the time. Monster Energy was underscored in my opinion, Damon only got a 21. I easily thought 24/25 was deserved. That truck sounds great when Damon goes full throttle down the track. Frank Kreml drove Grinder into the lead with a 25 after a spectacular run full of saves and one wheel wheelies. Neil in Max D turned in a huge run and took the lead. Neil got two of the biggest leaps to that point. Then Dennis came out with arguably the best run ever layed down in West Leb. I was speachless. He had a big roll at the end and tore the truck up really bad. I didn't take any vids or pics because I just wanted to sit back and watch. I hope somebody took videos, I want to see it again!
