    With 3500HP tire slip and chassis setup could be everybit of the lost ET. It is easy to control boost limits. They did it at Indy for decades. A preset pop-off valve is issued to competitors.

    An intercooled twin stage Turbo system would almost double the power. Turbonetics makes the compressors. The first stage compressor and converter makes up for any lag. An 8-71 at 10% OD becomes a restrictor on these engines compared to the turbo potential.
