Just to add to this discussion...when I was over at the shop yesterday taking pictures of Foot 5 on its hauler, I noticed that the current Snakebite body was sitting in pieces behind the shop. While that kind of thing happens all the time, it might lend itself to what you guys are talking about.

You will get a thousand different answers from a thousand different people on that question. Best to just leave it alone...TRUST ME.

Monsterjamkid98...Colt Cobra is a former monster truck driver out of Cobra Creek, CO. He is, in fact, a member of this board under a name that is in no way indicative of his identity. He has a nephew by the name of Ricky Rattler. Both drove Snakebite in the early-to-mid-1990's, Colt first, then Ricky after Colt mysteriously vanished. Ricky is not, to my knowledge, a member of this board. He does, however, continue to drive for a well-known team under an assumed identity. Unless you know anything outside of Monster Jam (not saying you don't, just saying that is what it takes), you haven't seen this guy drive. Believe me when I tell you that he is one of the best of all-time, a world record holder, and a 20 year veteran of the sport. Snakebite has made a few appearances lately, with different drivers in different locations. However, on one occasion earlier this year, Ricky Rattler (under his assumed identity...NOT as Ricky) made an appearance in the truck. He was bitten by the "snake venom" that particular night, and did not fair so well.

May I suggest that perhaps you head to YouTube, type in something other than Grave Digger, Max D or Monster Jam, and see what you can learn. YouTube is a great resource for monster truck history. You may be surprised by what you learn, and will come back here with a boatload of questions. We will all be happy to answer them for you. This board has been a wealth of knowledge for a long time. Be glad you joined.

I blame the parents. In my day we were taught the ways of Colt Cobra and Ricky Rattler. Now the parents just stick their kids in front of Monster Jam to fill their minds with Feld-appaloosa. ;)

Anyway, I'm just a little confused. Hasn't Snake Bite always had attitude? It's a freaking snake. lol Oh well, hope they stick with red/green at least.
