Uhhhh...... what am I looking at? Looks like some sort of mutant monster trucks that should never leave that parking lot.

These are some of the Aussie monster trucks temporarily redone for Sydney Royal Easter Show, they're just having them parade around inside of a stadium and possibly down one of the streets near where the festival is taking place. From left to right you have Extreme, The Cranky Yankee, Scooby Doo, and Wicked; interesting thing to note is that parts and pieces of some of the older trucks that these newer chassis replaced are used on these. The head of the kangaroo is from Thunda 1, the rollcage of the winged thing at the bottom of the pic is from Batman, and the front and back of the lizard was made using bits from Taz.

NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!

You ruined it!!!! LOL, I wanted more freakin out!!! hahahaa

It's ok people, they will be like this only for 2 weeks, then its back to normal. They are part of a bigger show and just drive around a bit, they are merely props for want of a better word.

Should have some more photos available soon. It was only the first day yesterday.

Cranky Yankee is the most normal looking one of the bunch and it doesn't have body on it yet.

That is what it is supposed to look like. Apparently it's character is a ghost of some sort, so doesn't have any body. It does have a portable generator packed on board to run some sort of lighting system on the truck, but haven't seen any pics of it in the dark yet.

Keep in mind as I mentioned before, these are only just driving around a bit too a scripted drama show, not doing monster truck stuff like jumping etc.

Cranky Is a Ghost in the Show, It has a Generator like Damo74 said in the Cockpit that is running a few white LED lights, they are only used in the show at night so they are just there to drive around & make the story seem crazy, loud & out there.. Deffently strange seeing the trucks like this & not jumping but hey, It was still a good little appearance they are doing each night.

Please let it be known that, while we all understand that we have to take every opportunity to work, Clive Featherby's Monster truck Promotions Australia has absolutely nothing whatsoever to do with this. This set off whatever they wish to call them, are actually the ownership of the Sydney based Extreme Monster Trucks Australia, yet another reason why trucks are never going to be taken seriously like in the USA here is Australia.
