UPDATE:

Roger Gauger received a concussion and stitches on his head. Although battered and bruised, he survived without any broken bones and is recovering well.

Scott Bryant suffered life threatening injuries but thankfully he is now breathing on his own. The pressure on his brain is subsiding so the doctors were able to remove a drain tube from his head. Even more encouraging, this morning he was responsive to the neurologist’s instructions and was able to move his legs and wiggle his fingers and toes. This is a great sign so the doctors should be able to address his other injuries soon.

We want to thank everyone for the outpouring of support and the power of prayer. Although Scott’s prognosis is improving, he will undoubtedly have a long road to recovery ahead of him.

A GoFundMe campaign has been set up to help he and his wife Cathy through the difficult process.
