Didn't last long. Seems to have been removed.
The guy that shot the Heavy Hitter and Bigfoot Monster Nation video's was sitting right by Gary (TxTerror) and myself. You can see us both on the front row a few times through out. That was a really fun show, I enjoyed finally making it to one, and am looking forward to next years.
A great lineup in a very limiting area. Somehow Destroyer wins it in 2WD too!
Yeah that place is tiny. I think that's Hardy Murphy Colosseum in Ardmore, OK. Where I had my endo at. It's basically a rodeo arena that they put a roof on.
i geuss maybe those hosts was acting to childish thats why lol
This needs to happen more often. I miss those days when they would hook and pull
As cool as I think Tom's double backflip attempt will be in East Rutherford this summer, I'd rather see that. That made my day. Old school FTW.
That's the WNC Ag Center in Asheville, NC. I did an MT Unlimited episode on TMB from that show. They have been doing shows there for years (someone there had a story of Gary Porter taking out a light in Carolina Crusher), and the ceiling is closer to 25ft than 30. The flip wasn't that bizarre if you see it from the side. The car had a near indestructible door post. The left rear hit that post and it sent him over.
Meents is attempting a double backflip at MetLife Stadium in June. Should be pretty sweet if he pulls it off. Even if it bounces like Balhan's did... it won't be a "true" double backflip, but still awesome to watch none the less.
Who cares about a double backflip? show some more monsters pulling sleds!!
i know right who cares about a double or a single backflip show monsters pull sleds-going threw mud and going up a hill and raceing an obistical course or a jump contest
super pete doing a blowover:
love the wildfoot rip off
that truck was Dabney's Giant truck after he sold it. Had the Axles, springs, shocks, and T Case from Hess Bearfoot Racer, and steel bedsides from Bigfoot 6(probably 6)
A few things here,,
The Super Pete Crash was just awesome too bad he could not keep walking it threw the mud rather than a wash out, Great vid i have seen it before but it is a sweet flop..
The meents double flip is ****ING RETARDED what a joke. Everyday monsters get closer to a demo durby its a joke, Not knocking on demo durby guys just saying thats not what monsters were ment to do at first..
An the Walking tall truck pulling the sled is soooo sick seeing a modern truck dragging the sled is too cool!!!!!! We need tractor pulls an monster trucks in the same venue again. I would love to see it an have a truck show become a 4-5 hr deal no 60mins.
AHHHHHH!!! Somebody trying something new and not living in the past! Burn it with fire!
Yea, something like that, I wount care if it was something that had a point but to try an take a full blown monster truck an keep trying to jump an smash them together is pointless, Yea yea its not my money an feld can do whatever they want yea yea i know but these are not hot wheels there is no point at the end of the night an you have a destroyed truck monday morning there no point series theres maybe a trophy showing you can crash a truck wooohoo put an asian lady behind the wheel she will find a way to **** it up like nobody else its not hard. There is no real point to monsters anymore were a one hour show for people to come an watch a big dog or cow or there fav superhero on 4 wheels smash into each other. It almost embarrassing, Thank god theres some money in it, Cause the thrill of heads up racing for bragging rights an being the biggest an baddest driver on the tour by clinching the points series is long gone an its not getting any better, I see why so many vets have sold out an moved out to other motorsports. So love it or hate it, Its true an thats my opinion ask me here online or at the races im flat out honest ill say the same **** here as i would speek the same to anyones face in person, Just come ask, I got no probs telling anyone.
